Guidelines
-Consultations---The first 30 minutes is free. After the first 30 minutes the consultation is $25.
-Balances for each event must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event.
-Deposits are 50% of your balance
-Rush orders for customized items are $60 (less than 48 hour notice is considered rush)
-Travel fees. Travel fees begin at $30 within city limits. Germantown, Cordova, Collierville, and Bartlett are not included in this price. Anything outside of this radius varies per request.
-Cancellations: Deposits are non refundable. You are able to transfer your cancelled event to another day within the current year.
-All outdoor events are $100 extra.
-Quotes are only valid for 10 days.
-Invoice is sent immediately upon request. It is valid for 24 hours only.
-At 8:00 pm each event will acquire an after hours fee of $80 (whether it be Set up or break down).
